Q. Are staff CPR First Aid Certified?
A. Yes all staff are certified prior to working with the individuals, and renewed every two years.
Q. Can staff pass medications?
A. Staff go through a medication administration class taught by a certified nurse and renewed yearly.
Q. Can we visit our family members at any time?
A. Yes
Q. What do you do if someone calls off or does not show?
A. Staff are often crossed trained to assist in all homes in the event back up is needed.
Q. Are staff trained prior to working in the homes?
